Mindfulness Meditation

4-week series:  Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22 

12:00 - 1:30pm

In the words of meditation master, Jack Kornfield, Mindfulness Meditation allows "us to tend wisely to the body, to listen carefully to the heart, and to bring a compassionate understanding to our mind and our world."  I can't think of a more profound antidote to the current challenges the world is now facing.


In this 4-week course you will come to understand what mindfulness means and how it can transform your feelings of stress, anxiety, fear and depression, allowing for a more vibrant and resilient existence.


Over the course of 4 weeks you will gain a working knowledge of the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness:

                  • Mindfulness of the body
                  • Mindfulness of feelings
                  • Mindfulness of the mind
                  • Mindfulness of how the mind operates

Having an understanding and experience of these profound components, you will cultivate an intimate sense of what it means to be "mindful" and how that creates a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.  The ultimate goal of a happier life will be yours to embrace.
