Have you been wanting to tame the incessant noise and negativity in your mind?

Have you tried to establish a consistent meditation practice but can't find the motivation?


This program will teach you to create a kind and compassion relationship with your thoughts and your life. You will be supported in a warm and nurturing manner that will help you to integrate mindfulness into your daily life and remove obstacles that prevent you from a peaceful existence.

This 4-week program consists of 8 sessions (2 per week). Each session is like taking mini vacations!!!

1-hour sessions begin at 7:30pm on the following dates:
