This is a 2-part practice curated to build strength and confidence/relaxation and mindfulness. Starting with slow flow asana, you will learn to listen to the sensations of your body and embrace adaptations to serve your unique abilities and limitations--we've all got them!

Moving more mindfully, you will glide into the second half of this practice which will take you into deeply calming poses to revitalize and recharge all levels of your being.  Click on logo to register.

Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation is a magical opportunity to set the tone for the entire day. It is a tool to combat your daily stresses and it creates a sense of contentment and resilience. I will guide you through a 1/2 hour mindfulness meditation practice that will support you in cultivating self-knowledge and self-acceptance, enhancing the quality of your relationship with yourself and others and enhancing your health and well-being.  Click on logo to register.
